Truth
I seek truth

wise Buddha tells me, “sit , sit”
Maria Montessori tells me not to interrupt the process
Let the child stack blocks for hours on end if that is what he needs
Normalize
And
You will realize that it is the will that is most important
More than knowledge,
More than content,
Past emotion
And skills
And progress is the will

Educate the will of the child
And you create a man with a will
With eyes to see
And hands to work

Neglect the will
And all the knowledge and skill in the universe will not manifest itself
Through these weak butterfly arms

It is never too late to educate the child
The lessons just take different forms
